Over the years, MJP Property Management and NW Ventures Group developed an unmatched knowledge of Oregon’s commercial and residential property management market and the state’s construction and development industry while maintaining a reputation for integrity and transparency. Through frequent collaboration, the two companies realized they could serve clients more effectively with a seamless experience capable of shepherding projects from a vacant lot to a fully-managed apartment complex. With that, NWV Group was born.

Our new company exists to introduce change into the building and management market.
